Virtual First Aid Awareness for 3rd-5th Graders

This class is geared towards 3rd-5th  Graders. In this class we cover first aid topics in a non-threatening way. We will discuss 911, bleeding, burns, poison, and medical emergencies. We will demonstrate how to stop bleeding, clean a wound, and apply a bandaid. Each student (parent) will receive a list of basic items that can be found around the house to make a first aid kit, additional resources, and activities that can be completed at home. This class will give kids the confidence to recognize emergencies, get help, and even help themselves. Class will run about one hour. There is a two student minimum for this class.
